We are Smalltown Morals, a band from Leeds. Our sound blends indie, shoegaze, alternative and psychedelic influences.

We are Chris, James, Michael, Neil and Aaron. We’re all music obsessives with very varied influences and ranges of experience. That mix really comes to bear when we draw it all together, and we become more than the sum of our parts. We just want to make music that connects and makes you move. In October 2024, we released our self-recorded debut EP, Fleeting, a dynamic collection that showed the range of our sound. We will be releasing new music in 2025, starting with our next single Coursing, recorded at Eiger Studios in Leeds. Our focus is on live shows and getting our wide range of songs out there.
